Anabel Ternès von Hattburg is a futurist, psychologist, and multi-award-winning entrepreneur working at the intersection of health, mental wellbeing, sustainability, and technology. Before her business career, she studied German Studies, Catholic Theology, and History, a foundation that continues to inform her interest in the human side of transformation and wellbeing.
Her work now spans corporate and personal health extensively: she is CEO of the nutrition company Lavivee, whose formulations draw on traditional remedies passed down through generations, inspired by ancestral blends of dates, fine oils, and semi-precious stone extracts — a heritage she traces to her great-uncle, an archbishop from Bucharest who used botanical remedies from his own garden to heal wounds during World War II. She is also founder of the mental health academy WeEmpower and host of the associated UK radio show, and her academic research has included studies on relaxation procedures for corporate health management and the concept of “Gesunde Digitalisierung” (Healthy Digitalization) — the idea that digital transformation should keep people, not just economics, at its center.
