The modern professional routine is designed for efficiency, often at the cost of our natural curiosity, creativity, and wellbeing. Elevate was created to break that pattern, driven by a growing concern for what this hyper-productive, disconnected lifestyle means for our children and future generations. It stems from a desperate need to remember how to live in harmony with the natural world and to ensure that nature thrives alongside us. Rather than offering a traditional corporate framework, it was built as a practical space to step away from the noise, challenge our assumptions, and reconnect with the ideas, ecosystems, and communities that will shape a healthier future.
Elevate didn’t start with a grand business strategy or a five-year plan. It was just an impulse to create a space where people could step out of their daily routines and remember what it feels like to genuinely connect and expand. Less than three months later, the first event took shape at the Volkshaus in Zurich.
The beauty of these gatherings is their ability to bring together people from completely different walks of life—from the fast-paced worlds of finance and business to creative minds, scientists, healers, and practitioners. It is intentionally universal, appealing far beyond any single niche or interest set.
This mix is the real driving force behind Elevate. When traditional boundaries are removed, it opens minds to concepts, sciences, and perspectives people might otherwise never encounter. By bridging these entirely different communities, it creates an open space for cross-interest networking, unexpected connections, and a genuine flourishing of ideas.
Over the years, our community has explored everything from psychedelic science and mental health to modern leadership and nature connection—free from corporate jargon on one side and empty clichés on the other. During the pandemic, we intentionally scaled back to smaller, more intimate gatherings to keep that core spirit alive. Those quieter years weren’t an ending; they were an incubation.
This September, Elevate returns to a larger stage, bringing together a new lineup of pioneering thinkers and speakers.
But as we grow, the fundamental ethos stays exactly the same. Elevate remains entirely independent. We have no corporate sponsors shaping the program, no institutional agendas, and no boardrooms deciding what can or cannot be discussed. It is funded completely by the community itself. That freedom allows us to avoid polished, formulaic keynotes and instead focus on what matters: experiences that challenge assumptions, expand minds, and catapult people into entirely new realms of inspiration.
